Instructions for Captions corresponding to Sketch.
Describe all important parts of the Sketch. The Caption should correspond to Sketch and NOT the Image.
Do not start the sentence with There is.
Do not describe things that might have happened in the future or past.
Do not describe what a person might say.
Do not give people proper names.
The sentence should contain at least 5 words.
Question: What if I made a mistake while drawing a sketch?
You can use the clear button to remove the mistakenly drawn strokes.
Question: What if I am unable to complete the sketch within the given 60 seconds?
After the 60 second timer for drawing Sketch, in the bottom of the page click the Redo button.
Question: Can I use more than 60 seconds?
No you cannot. We want you to draw whatever you feel is most relevant to describe the image within a short time of 60 seconds.
Question: It is difficult to draw the objects in the image.
Do not worry. You do not have to draw perfect sketches!! You should draw a free hand sketch from which you can understand the image.
Question: Can I view the image once more while drawing the sketch?
No you cannot. We want you to draw a sketch from what you can recall by looking at the image for 30 seconds ONLY. After the 60 seconds timer to draw the Sketch, you can always utilize the Redo button.
Question: What if I forget (or cannot recall) some important detail of the image?
First try to remember it during the 60 seconds time given to draw the sketch. In case you feel you cannot remember and the detail is very important, use the Redo button.
